Q. Where can I update my billing information.

A. Click “Update Billing Card” under Your Membership.

Q. If I signed up for a monthly membership can I upgrade to yearly?

A. Yes, visit the Your Membership page and click “Upgrade or change your membership” under Actions.

Q. Where can I see when my membership renews or expires?

A. On the Membership Page you can view your Expiration/Renewal date.

Q. Where do I cancel my membership?

A. Visit the Your Membership page, and click “Cancel Your Membership”, under actions.

Q. To activate my free trial do I need to enter my credit card details?

A. Yes, but you will not be charged until your free trial is over. If you wish to cancel your free trial visit the Your Membership page.
