A. Click “Update Billing Card” under Your Membership.
Q. Where do I unsubscribe/cancel my membership?
A. Visit the Your Membership page, and click “Cancel Your Membership”, under actions.
Q. Do we have to have a Facebook to join the TTouch community?
A. No, the TTouch community Library is available at TTou.ch. The Facebook group is an additional tool to help you keep up to date with the latest Community Content. After you sign up for the community visit https://www.facebook.com/groups/tellingtonttouchcommunity/ to join the Facebook group.
Q. I'm receiving the error "Oops! Looks like you haven't paid for the TTouch Library yet... head over to the REGISTRATION page to sign up now." even though I am already registered.
A. Make sure you are logged into your account, then retry opening the page.
Q. If I signed up for a monthly membership can I upgrade to yearly?
A. Yes, visit the Your Membership page and click “Upgrade or change your membership” under Actions.
Q. Where can I see when my membership renews or expires?
A. On the Membership Page you can view your Expiration/Renewal date.
Q. To activate my free trial do I need to enter my credit card details?
A. Yes, but you will not be charged until your free trial is over. If you wish to cancel your free trial visit the Your Membership page.
Q. What should I do if I forgot my password?
A. Visit the "Lost your Password" page on the login page.
Q. What should I do if my credit card expires?
A. Click “Update Billing Card” under Your Membership and update the card you wish to use. If your subscription is due there may be billing attempts to your card, which you will be notified about.
